About the Project

This was our first project when we started our company in 2004. The site was developed by ourselves and consisted of 22 detached houses of 4 different designs. We were responsible for the construction and selling of the first 12 houses and we sold the remaining 10 units as serviced sites. This development was completed to the highest standard and the public areas and roads in the estate were taken over by Longford County Council as they deemed the development to be built and finished to their strict guidelines.
