About the Project

This project involved the redesign and reconfiguring of an existing guesthouse to achieve two completely separate semi-detached houses. The project involved re-wiring and re-plumbing the guesthouse and turning it into separate properties with a dividing wall going up through the three floors. This was to achieve the fire proofing and fire certificate requirements. The end result was two large family homes with exceptional views over Westport town.
