About the Project

This project involved the complete reconfiguration of the ground floor of the house along with an extension complete with increased insulation and new triple glazed windows throughout. The whole heating system was upgraded to modern standards incorporating underfloor heating, an integrated stove and the whole house was fully rewired to modern day standards. There was a new patio area constructed to the rear of the dwelling. The house was finished with a high quality bespoke kitchen and tiled throughout. The height of the lintels on the windows facing Clew Bay were increased 9 inches to avail of the stunning views. The client moved out during the construction process and all works were completed within a 16 week program, start to finish.
