About the Project

This job involved the complete gut out of an existing clothes shop in a 200 year old building on Westport’s busiest street. We were contracted to externally re-roof the front and back sections, including re-plastering/capping existing chimneys and internally to split the building into a retail unit on the ground floor with offices on the first floor as a separate unit. The shop unit was fireproofed between the first floor, redesigned with toilets and shop fit out while the first floor was redesigned for office space with a full re-wire to meet current regulations.
