About the Project

This development consisted of 6 x one bed, 12 x two bed and 6 x three bed apartments, 14 townhouses and 8 detached houses. Fernhill was built and finished to the highest standards of the time. It is surrounded by extensive landscaping with mature trees and hedges surrounding the development along with a children’s soft surface play area to the south. Fernhill was completely sold out and the public areas are currently in the process of being taken over by Mayo County Council.
