About the Project

This project involved the extending of the living quarters of a house out onto a substantial sized terrace/balcony. This was due to the lack of use the client had for it due to the Irish climate. The job involved the building up on top of the existing parapet walls and the tying in of a trocal flat roof into a traditional natural slate roof. The end product was additional living and dining space complete with a new kitchen and triple glazed AluClad windows.
