About the Project

This project was a full store remodel which involved a lot of phased work and a strict program. The job involved constructing a new deli and butcher area and then converting the old area to retail space along with the associated refrigeration, mechanical and electrical works. The job involved a lot of night work due to the shop wishing to maintain unobstructed business during the process
