About the Project

This project involved revamping the whole shop including lighting, refrigeration, floor finishes and the construction of a new deli and butcher area. This once again was a ‘live’ construction area so planning the program and maintaining health and safety were of paramount importance. The work was completed over an eight week period which involved day and night shifts to complete the tight program of works while ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
